What is the free trial?
The free trial gives you access to all areas of the COAP Online membership for 7 days so you can test it out, 100% risk free. Cancel at any time from within your account settings.
Why do I need to put in my card details for a free trial?
We’re serious about the growth of our community. By entering card details, this adds a level of protection to keep the platform both safe and spam free.
What happens at the end of the free trial?
If you’d like to continue, you don’t need to do anything –Â you will be automatically upgraded to the paid membership that you selected.
What if I want to cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your membership subscription at any time by heading to your account page and clicking on cancel – it’s that simple! You will still have access to your membership until the end of your billing period.
How often will I be billed?
If you purchase the monthly subscription you’ll be charged on the same date every month. On the annual membership, you’ll be charged once a year. Your card details are held securely via the global payment processor, Stripe.
Can I change my payment details?
Yes, it’s really simple. Just head to your billing page within your account and update your card details anytime you like.
